Attorney James Chyau was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan. He attended National Chengchi University there and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He later earned a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from University of Illinois and a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from University of Southern California. He graduated from Southwestern Law School where he served one year as a Staff Member and one year as Lead Article Editor for the Southwestern Journal of International Law. Mr. Chyau is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in California.

As an attorney, Mr. Chyau is committed to solving clients' legal issues with thorough analysis and individual attention. His multi-cultural and diverse experiences allow him to provide legal insights and solutions that fit into each client's individual need. He believes in serving the community and volunteers frequently for local charitable causes.
