Phillip Koch was born and raised in the Van Nuys area of the San Fernando Valley, where he attended Van Nuys High School, UCLA, and Loyola Law School. He has held a variety of careers prior to practicing law, ranging from mover and construction worker, to school teacher and coordinator, which have provided him with a more informed perspective on a variety of legal areas and issues.
The son of immigrant parents and the product of public schools and a middle class upbringing, Phillip has always strived to meet the needs of all his clients (regardless of their net worth) with the respect and attention they deserve. He lives and works in the City of San Fernando where in addition to practicing law, he proudly serves as a city commissioner.
His proudest moments come on the baseball field and soccer pitch where he serves as a volunteer coach for his sons' and daughter's little league and AYSO teams. Lastly, Phillip is a regular churchgoer who strong believes in family values and service to community.
