Steven Greenstein Katz attended high school at the Los Angeles Center for Enriched Studies, as a magnet student, where he excelled in math and played Academic Decathlon. He attended the University of Chicago where he earned a BA in Economics in 2009. He also studied statistics and passed the first two actuarial exams. These could prove useful in forensic economics and the calculation of damages. He is also very interested in the law, as he would, at times, attend trials as a spectator. He would like to attend law school some day.
