RoseAnn Frazee started in the legal field when she was 18 years old and joined her husband in his business enterprises at a young age. She has worked on almost every kind of case for some of the most prestigious law firms in Los Angeles as a support staff. During one year she formed 47 corporations through the first meeting of directors and shareholders. She has worked on a variety of business deals, e.g., in forming contracts for some of the largest buildings in the Los Angeles area and many entertainers or related entertainment field contracts. As a litigation paralegal in bankruptcy, employment law, civil personal or business litigation, complex litigation, personal injury, corporate litigation and other areas, she worked side-by-side the attorneys in and out of court. As a community service, she voluntarily assisted parties in family law matters.

RoseAnn attended University of California, Los Angeles, receiving President’s award and on the Dean’s lists all semesters, qualifying for high honors classes and graduating magna cum laude. She worked during the day as litigation paralegal while attending law school at night at Abraham Lincoln Law School and still received a special award from the school for “Outstanding Services.” RoseAnn formed an active study group and tutored other law students while participating in the raising of four grandchildren who live with her and her daughter.
