Paul was born and raised in the Pasadena/San Gabriel valley. Paul worked beside his father in the family plumbing industry at a young age. Paul has since purchased the family business and formed a successful partnership with another local plumbing and sewer contracting business. While operating the business, he has become aware of business problems and collecting accounts receivables. A detective member of his family has taught Paul various investigative techniques to secure information about debtors and their assets. As a result, he understands the contracting, operations and collections of a business, especially on behalf of contractors.

He attended community college and then was able to take some courses to qualify him for law school. He worked his business while attending night law school at Abraham Lincoln Law School. He was among a very few candidates for the California Baby Bar that achieved a grade of “A”.

Paul Young has handled many collections matters in both State and Federal Court with an excellent success rate.
