Kirk Laron has counseled countless numbers of families and children, and have grown to appreciate how unique and complex family dynamics can be. Understanding the emotional fallout is part of the considerations that must be considered when contemplating a Divorce Strategy, especially when it comes to the children. Spending nearly 10 years as a School Psychologist in the Los Angeles Unified School District gives him the knowledge base to understand the educational needs and challenges that a child can face during a divorce, but also shows me that families can emerge stronger and better if the approach is the right one. Fighting for the full rights of a client is my first priority, but how one fights can still maintain dignity and respect and gain better long-term results. A key strategy involves getting the opposing party to understand why my client deserves what they are entitled to, and making them feel that the result is just. Otherwise, a great victory if often short-lived and ends up back in Court. He believe in creating a long-term solution that does not come back time and time again, so the families are left to heal rather than hurt.
RoseAnn Frazee has handled divorces (marriage dissolutions) for many, many years and understands the emotions and problems associated with the changes involving a divorce. She also understands the financial demands in trying to raise children as a single mother and with her daughter, also a single mother with four children. Until the children are over 18 years old, the dynamics of the children are always changing in the parental relationship requiring additional court appearances and problems. Further, in helping herself and her daughter in divorce proceedings, they found that divorces need more personal attention than other litigation demands, and she handles each client special rights in his/her case.
Elsa Beatriz has gone through a divorce herself and feels sympathetic about other people who are going through the same problem now. She wishes she had sought legal advice from an attorney at that time, but instead she went to a paralegal for a quick and cheap divorce. What she didn’t know was that this quick and cheap divorce would still bring her problems 13 years later. She is happy to help all clients, including Spanish speakers, navigate through family matters under the direction of licensed attorney
